DELIVERY, RETURN AND GUARANTEE POLICY

These Policies are valid for the website https://thebluebirdagency.com/ and it is understood that at the time of purchasing any of our products or services the client accepts the terms, conditions and delivery policies specified below.

1. RECEPTION OF DIGITAL SERVICES

2. RECEIPT OF THE SERVICE OR REPORTS

3. GUARANTEES

The guarantee of all our services will be established by GOLDEN GEM SA, being defined in 3 months from the delivery of complex digital products (websites, ecommerce, programming, etc.) and 7 business days for advisory products, consulting, digital content, etc. .

4.- CONFIDENTIALITY

GOLDEN GEM SA guarantees the security of its clients’ information, which travels in an encrypted manner to our secure site and is handled in such a way that it cannot be decrypted by agents external to us.

5.- AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

The prices are expressed in AMERICAN DOLLARS ($USD), according to the reference exchange rate on EUROS (€EUR) on the day of the transaction. They may also be subject to change without prior notice.

GOLDEN GEM SA ensures the availability of the products and services displayed on the portal.

6.- PAID

The client is obliged to pay / settle / cancel the purchase order made by the GOLDEN GEM SA portal in its entirety.

GOLDEN GEM SA is affiliated with the Verified by Visa and Master Security Code service in order to offer its customers the greatest possible security and confidence when making their online payments.

7.- ORDER POLICIES

9.- DELIVERY POLICIES.

The estimated delivery time of the digital services and reports will be agreed once the scope and effort of the project to be carried out has been estimated.

10.- CANCELLATIONS

Once the Purchase Order has been sent and processed, through our portal, GOLDEN GEM SA could have the following events for cancellations

We will accept cancellations of any purchase order within the next 24 hours of request, as long as it has not been billed and dispatched. In this case, the client must request the refund or cancellation of the payment either with a deposit or bank transfer and/or with a credit card, in order to proceed with its return, provided that it complies with the conditions explained above.

Lack of understanding between the client and GOLDEN GEM SA in the provision of the necessary content and resources so that GOLDEN GEM SA can execute the project in an orderly manner, in which case an assessment of the time invested until the moment of the contractual rupture will be made in order to proceed to the cancellation of the service and the partial reimbursement if appropriate based on the advanced amount and the time invested by the GOLDEN GEM SA team.

11.- LIMIT AND LIABILITY

Use of cards without authorization of the owner or stolen.

We are not responsible for purchases made with credit cards without prior authorization from the owner or stolen; it being understood that the person making the purchase is fully empowered to carry out the transaction and that, therefore, we cannot refuse to process it. Carrying out transactions over the internet without the prior consent of the owner or with stolen cards constitutes fraud which is punishable by Panamanian law.

Payment not recognized due to disagreements with the service or ignorance of the form of collection

13.- NOT FORESEEN

Any situation not provided for in these policies will be resolved by our Customer Service Center. Compliance with our agreements will be verified at all times under the philosophy of maximum customer satisfaction, under the understanding that there will be agents external to us that will prevent us from fulfilling our purpose.
